Project Update: 54-56 Park Street, Bristol

We’re excited to share progress on 54-56 Park Street, a student residential property with ground floor commercial space. Our work for Urban Creation, in collaboration with Shu Architects, has been progressing in phases: 

 Phase 1 – Completed previously, this phase involved extensive internal modifications and the addition of a new mansard roof, adding an additional storey of residential space to the existing property. 

Phase 2 – Currently underway, starting with site preparation in readiness for two timber-framed duplex apartments to the rear. 

The first step of Phase 2 was to repair and stabilise the existing retaining wall, which had seen better days! The solution included a concrete capping beam to stabilise the masonry wall, ensuring the structure is secure for the upcoming works.
