Business Update: Design challenges & project insights

Our scope has involved a number of site visits to carry out structural surveys before and after strip out works, to then develop recommendations and proposals.

Proposed works include the removal and replacement of the ‘filler joist’ flat roof that was in a seriously poor condition, new lintels to replace deteriorated old timber lintels, removal of internal partitions and general structural repair works, all with the aim of providing updated and modern residential accommodation.
