Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited are delighted to have been appointed by Oaklands Construction Ltd this week to complete the civil and structural design for the Isambard-AI data centre at the National Composites Centre for the University of Bristol.

The recent sad demise of Clarkebond has created this opportunity for us and we will work hard and diligently to help the team complete the project in the coming months.
The data centre will be home to the UK’s most powerful supercomputer, which will be the second most sustainable supercomputer in the world and the greenest in the UK when it’s fully switched on later this year.
The days of AI are firmly with us and it’s great to be involved in its evolution!
