New Project: College House, Park Street, Bristol

We are delighted to be supporting Empiric Student Property plc with the refurbishment of College House in Bristol to create 57 student accommodation rooms.

The project will transform the basement and upper floors of the building to bring them back into use and revitalise the 1950’s structure.

The project has recently received planning permission, and we are looking forward to seeing the design come to life.
