Project Completion: 3 Rivergate, Bristol

The newly completed 75,000 sq ft Grade A office space has been carefully remodelled to the highest specifications, prioritising flexibility and superior finishes. The project has achieved BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum, and Fitwel Two-Star, ensuring top-tier sustainability, digital connectivity, and workplace quality.

Our structural work on this project included:

• Basement remodelling to incorporate new changing room and cycle store facilities
• The construction of new rooftop plant space to support upgraded M&E services
• Podium landscaping to enhance external spaces
• A new entrance and reception area, modernising the building’s façade and accessibility

The project was delivered in collaboration with CBRE (Project Managers), Gardiner & Theobald Inc (Cost Consultants), AWW (Architects), Method Consulting (M&E), and main contractor Lancer Scott Ltd.
