Project Update: 71 Park Street

With the roof structure up and external walls almost complete, Skeletal consulting Engineer’s part in this project is almost complete and we are very much looking forward to seeing this luxury student apartment block opening soon.

From complete demolition of the existing building to site visits in the snow, this challenging 4-storey project included tricky Ground Investigation work including new drainage, retaining walls and a piled foundation solution along with a RC frame and a steel and timber roof, resulting in quite the differences in design!

Its been great working with Urban Creation, Shu Architects and Box Twenty to bring this project to life!
