Project Scope
Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited has been involved in multiple projects for Urban Creation since 2020 providing a range of civil and structural engineering services.
Major remodelling and refurbishment of the existing disused building, including both new build vertical and rear extensions. The project involved significant structural adaptations to support the new extensions to provide 7 contemporary student accommodation units at the upper floors above a ground floor commercial unit in a prime city centre location.
