Project Scope

Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited has been involved in multiple projects for Urban Creation since 2020 providing a range of civil and structural engineering services.

This project involved major remodelling and refurbishment of the existing building (housing redundant offices) with new build vertical and horizontal extensions.  The project provides 6 contemporary apartments, accommodating 14 bed spaces with a new ground floor commercial unit in the heart of the city centre.

Statistics

Project Duration: The refurbishment project completed in December 2024, the new build element to the rear of the building is ongoing.

Phased Works: The refurbishment works and new build elements were phased to allow the existing building to be refurbished first.
