Project Scope
Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited has been involved in multiple projects for Urban Creation since 2020 providing a range of civil and structural engineering services.
Demolition of the existing two-storey building and construction of a new five-storey structure to provide retail accommodation at ground floor and 17 student bedrooms on the upper floors
The new building involved excavation to create additional basement space on this very tight site, with a new 5 storey reinforced concrete structure above.
