Project Scope

The project involves replacing an existing suspended terrace structure and remodelling the existing rear extension. The new extension will feature a gym, rumpus room, and bar on the lower ground floor, and living, kitchen, and utility areas on the upper ground floor. A new external stair will provide access from the patio to the upper ground-floor level balcony, and an enclosed bin store will be located at the bottom of the existing sloping driveway.
