Project Scope
Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited (SCE) were appointed by Wiltshire Council to provide civil and structural engineering design services for the design for the proposed re-development of Fives Court, Angel Lane, Mere, Warminster.
Fives Court used to be a care home for elderly people in the Wiltshire area. It closed a few years ago and Wiltshire Council are looking to develop the site to provide a sheltered accommodation facility. The project involves the partial demolition of the existing structure and the construction of vertical extensions over the existing footprint to provide 21 new residential units.
