Project Scope
This project involved the refurbishment of The New Church located on Henry Street in the centre of Bath. The 4,128 sq. ft. building, originally constructed in 1844, was previously converted from a church into office accommodation in the 1980’s and had been left unused for a number of years.
Our Client, Urban Creation, undertook a speculative refurbishment at a cost of £500,000 to provide a state-of-the-art workspace. The building now offers one of the highest specification offices in Bath with exposed services and with new VRF air conditioning, mechanical fresh air ventilation, LED lighting and WCs/shower provision. A pre-let for a six year lease was secured with a technology company that provides a market-leading software platform for HR and recruitment.
