Project Scope

The project involves the Fit out design of Unit IP10 at iPort, Doncaster. The B8 Unit comprises 24,025 sq. m (258,614 sq. ft) of total development, including 22,965 sq. m (247,195 sq. ft) of warehouse allocation and 1,060 sq. m (11,419 sq. ft) of offices, welfare, and other ancillary areas. The unit includes a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) lowered dock entry element as part of a general service area with its own dedicated access. The project involved the addition of a new subdividing fire wall in the main warehouse and associated support steelwork, and client advice relating to loading for their proposed fit out.

SCE Scope
