Project Scope
The project involved the refurbishment and transformation of the Kings Chase Shopping Centre. This included internal and external repairs, complex structural works, public realm improvements, new modular pods and the installation of new facilities to improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the shopping centre. A significant part of the project was the design and installation of new steelwork to support the main signage at the front and rear entrances. All works have been successfully implemented within the constraints posed by a live and busy shopping centre.
