Project Scope

This ia a local project working with the charity 1625 Independent People on the restoration and renovation of their Grade II* listed head office in Bristol’s Old Market. The rejuvenated building will provide training, support and housing for young people who have been homeless, at risk of homelessness or are leaving care. The project includes both delicate structural works amongst historical features and the demolition & rebuild of the adjacent unlisted building and includes 9 Studio flats for young people ready for independence.
