Project Scope
Skeletal Consulting Engineers were appointed by Nationwide Building Society to provide civil and structural engineering support during the construction stage of the project which had been on hold since the original main contractor had gone into administration and the pandemic had struck in 2020. The project involves the development of a new residential community with 239 new homes at Oakfield, Swindon. The project includes the construction of various housing types, communal facilities, and infrastructure works and aims to create a sustainable and vibrant community.
