Project Scope
The project involves the provision of 7 self-contained dwellings, comprising 6 one-bedroom flats and 1 two-bedroom, four-person ground floor unit meeting M4 standards under the building regulations and all associated infrastructure works. The site is a former council house garage site, now cleared down to hardstanding level. The housing will be for temporary accommodation for tenants who may stay 1-6 months depending on the availability of more permanent provision.
