Project Scope

The project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing building in North Bristol for the SoNAR (South-west Neonatal Advice and Retrieval) Unit base. The facilities required both Civil and Structural engineering design for internal structural walls to be demolished and replaced with new single storey block and timber structures for new offices, Ops rooms and back of house amenities along with new ambulance parking bays. New openings in the exising perimeter structure required detailed structural design for the replacement of bracing and cladding rails.
