Project Update: Whites House, North Bristol

Masonry and steelwork are well underway at Whites House, where we’re delivering civil and structural design for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of two purpose-built supported living units in North Bristol, in collaboration with Rappor as Civil Consultants.

The project consists of a two-storey and a three-storey building featuring:

Loadbearing masonry with partial steel frames
Precast plank upper floors and beam and block ground floors
Timber roof trusses

When complete, the project will provide:

8 one-bedroom flats plus communal and staff space in the three-storey building
2 one-bedroom flats plus staff accommodation in the two-storey building
